COMARCA MINERA GEOPARK CULTURAL CENTER “CASA DE LA MAESTRA CON”
The Comarca Minera Geopark Cultural Center “Casa de la maestra Con” located on calle Reforma 7, Colonia Centro, municipality of Huasca de Ocampo, where advisory and updates are provided to the ejidal leaders of the geopark communities. It also has spaces for teaching courses, workshops and scientific exhibitions.
The Cultural Center has the following areas: computer room, kitchen for traditional cooking and conservation workshops, reading room, a specialized bibliographic collection with texts about the region, and a botanical collection in live pharmacies that had the advice of the academic community of the Universidad para el Bienestar Benito Juárez García, Huasca headquarters.

The Cultural Center is a space where the community finds educational services such as: dissemination of geoheritage, dissemination of science as driving force of the social impulse, inclusion, gender equality, physical activity and enjoyment of arts; and where the values of the geopark are strengthened.
