We invite you to join us this Tuesday, May 20, at 8:00 p.m. for the Virtual Seminar of Guardians of the Geopark, where we will learn about the history of baseball in Omitlán de Juárez, a sport that has united generations and is part of the pride and identity of its people. We will be joined by Carlos Pliego Arista and his son Marco Pliego, who will tell us about the iconic local baseball stadium, the municipality’s most representative sports figures, and how the love of baseball is passed down from parents to children.
